Where: Ernesto’s Mexican Restaurant, 1518 Northwest HWY Garland TX 75041 at Saturn. From the main entrance, the meeting room is towards the rear of the restaurant in the same hallway as the restrooms. It’s the first door on the right. The restrooms are the second and third doors. The staff should greet you at the door but there is no designated attendant area. Come in through the door and walk about 10 paces so staff can see you. No braille menu available.  Menu link here. Registration Fee: $55 for members and $70 for nonmembers.
Registration for the 2025 American Council of the Blind Conference and Convention will open for members on Thursday, May 15th at 7:00 AM Central time. Registration for non-members will open on May 22nd. Registration will close on Tuesday, June 17th, at 11:59 PM Central time.

Hotel reservations are open now, Room rates at the Hyatt are $99.00 per night (single or double occupancy), $124.00 (triple occupancy) and $149.00 (quadruple occupancy)

There are two ways to register, online at https://members.acb.org/ or you can register via telephone by calling (651)-428-5059 and leave a message with your name, phone number, time zone, and whether you plan to attend the convention in-person or virtually.
