Ted Harper
Ted worked in client services for a Dallas nonprofit for 20 years before retiring in 2019. He has been legally blind since the late 1990’s. He says, “I had to learn creative ways to adapt to my new reality. Meeting this challenge wasn’t always easy for me. With the support of my peers in the blind community, I began to learn there is always a way to achieve your goals.” Ted’s interests include advocacy, books, collecting vintage Fiesta dinnerware, and travel.
